Low-cost counselling for individuals, groups, families and couples online

For those who have difficulty accessing our premises, prefer the comfort of their own home or find themselves further afield, we also offer online counselling via video call. These sessions are a safe and welcoming space for you to talk through and get support for whatever struggles you might be experiencing. Most clients find online counselling to be as effective as in-person.
