Low-cost counselling for individuals in Sussex

We offer low-cost, in-person counselling sessions at our new premises at the Sussex Innovation Centre on the University of Sussex Falmer Campus. These sessions are a safe and welcoming space for you to discuss and get support for whatever struggles or difficulties you might be experiencing.

The cost of sessions depends on if you see one of our trainee counsellors, who are at the end of their qualification but need placement hours in order to qualify, a newly qualified counsellor or an experienced counsellor.
